Meredith has her degree in Physical Education from Brock University. She continued her studies at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Newmarket, and has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2000.

She joined The Chiropractic Clinic in 2010 and enjoys working as part of an multidisciplinary health care team.

Along with Swedish massage she is also trained in Hot Stone Massage Therapy.

Meredith’s experience includes working with a wide variety of clients, including children, professional athletes, pregnant women and elderly clients.
