CAILEY MACDONALD
BA, R.M.T.

Cailey is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College. Having been an athlete for her whole life, Cailey took an interest in body movement and function at a young age, participating in sports and activities such as competitive soccer, rugby, weight lifting, running, yoga and varsity rowing. As with any physical activity there comes the risk of injury, and Cailey rehabilitated her way through quite a few. She knew that she wanted to apply her knowledge from her years of competitive sport to helping other people work through their various injuries, be it sport related or not. After studying Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, Cailey took an interest in massage therapy as an outlet to do so. In addition to becoming an RMT, Cailey has completed her Yoga Teacher Training, Sports Emergency First Responder and Active Release Techniques certifications, and plans to continue her education in various modalities for more opportunities to better help her clients.

Cailey is passionate about helping individuals to reach their rehabilition goals, working with clients to achieve anything from general wellness, maintenance and relaxation to specific work, sport, or functional injury rehab.
